Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).

After processing, your order will be shipped via our trusted carrier partners.

Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and estimated delivery window.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery: Usually 5–14 business days depending on your location and local postal conditions.

High‑Volume Periods: During peak sale times or unforeseen carrier delays, please allow up to an additional 7–10 business days.

Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking Orders
Tracking information becomes available once your order leaves our fulfillment center.

It can take 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Temporary gaps in tracking status (especially during transit or customs processing) are normal and do not indicate a lost package. 

Delivered But Not Received?
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package:

Confirm the shipping address you entered at checkout.

Check mail areas (front porch, mailbox, concierge, garage, etc.).

Ask a neighbor or household member if the package was accepted on your behalf.

Wait 48 hours after the delivery date, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early.

If still missing after those steps, contact us at support@amouraofficial.us with your order number and we’ll assist with an investigation.

Delivery Guarantee
At Amoura Official, we want your Dr. Leo product to arrive in perfect condition. If your order is:

Damaged,

Defective, or

Confirmed lost in transit

—we’ll reship your item free of charge once verified. 

Exceptions:
We cannot provide replacements or refunds for issues caused by:

Incorrect shipping information entered by the customer

Packages refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender

Carrier delays caused by weather, customs, or postal issues

Orders marked as delivered unless theft is documented by the carrier

International Orders
International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing or local carrier procedures.

Any import taxes, duties, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not covered by Amoura Official.

Delays due to customs or other international transit issues are not eligible for refund claims.

Chargebacks & Disputes
To resolve delivery issues as smoothly as possible:

Contact us first before opening a dispute with your payment provider.

Most concerns can be resolved within 1–2 business days.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

Disqualification from future refund or replacement coverage
